In order to ensure everyone uses the new solution, proper training needs to be conducted, and every organization doesn’t have the same training requirements. That’s why we make our training program flexible. During the Planning phase we’ll agree on what model is most appropriate, from classroom training, to one-on-one live training, to web-based training. Whatever the model, we provide roles-based training, so each user gets the training directly applicable to them.
In addition to the initiation training at system roll-out, we can provide on-going training services to help supplement your internal support team if required.
In addition to training delivery, we provide training material. Again, one size doesn’t fit all. We have some standard materials we can provide but we can also create help guides specific to the deployment, manuals and quick reference cards.

Data Migration Services
Instead of manually loading content into a BLUE site, we can migrate it. This is useful to prepopulate a site with existing content at go-live, or, if after deployment another brand or company is acquired and a batch of content needs to be added to the site.
It’s simply a matter of collecting the files and defining the related metadata.
If the assets have not all been created in a consistent way, we can help with that too. We can provide asset optimization services to ensure assets can be viewed and converted as expected once they’re uploaded to BLUE.
BLUE is part of the Product Lifecycle and as such, it must coexist with other technology platforms within the business. Using BLUE Connect, this can be a seamless, automated interface at designated checkpoints in the workflow. Whether it’s sending BOM data from SAP into BLUE, or delivering a status from BLUE out to a PLM system, or any other flow of data between BLUE and another system, our goal is to streamline the process and reduce manual re-entry of data.
BLUE Connect is an industry standard XML based web-services module that provides a robust set of web services that enables the bi-directional flow and synchronization of data across all the major components of BLUE including workflow, asset library and copy library and any 3rd party application.
